Job Description:

TeamPersona is looking for a senior level Administrative Assistant with experience working in Law Office environment.  The contractor's duties include, but aren't limited to:

    ·        Assist in preparing reports.

·    Assist in reconciling Property Management System with USAO inventory

·        Certify receipt of goods and services on invoices in order to maintain a separation of duties

·        Prepare comprehensive purchase order and contract packages for signature by contracting officer

·        Review and prepare supply orders for purchase by authorized purchaser

·        File appropriate documents in files

·        File invoices in file and maintain logs

·        Track/monitor expert witness, etc. due dates

·        Assist in preparation of statements of work

·        Process telephone orders

·        Assist with Open Obligations for end of quarter and end of year to prepare mods to de-obligate

·        Assist mail management if staff are unavailable

·        Escort personnel if staff is unavailable

·        Examine policies, procedures and processes provided to the legal divisions by the staff in Administrative Services

·        Coordinate and assist in providing training on administrative processes in conjunction with administrative managers to staff in the various divisions (legal and administration).

·        Conduct management analysis type studies and projects.

·        Aid with the annual district-wide inventory and prepare paperwork for disposal of excess property

·        Participate as a member of the district-wide safety inspections team

Required Skills & Background

·       Bachelor of Arts degree.

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

·        Knowledge of Administrative Operations

·        Knowledge of criminal and civil operations and the relationship of the legal divisions and the administration division desired but not required
