Job Title: Oracle Analyst/Developer
Job Length: 2 Months + (likely extension)

Job Description: The primary purpose of this position is to evaluate and plan for a company wide deployment of Standard Labor Rates.
Analyst:
· Develop plans for NREL evaluation and implementation of Standard Labor Rates.
· Implementation/Integration plan - How to successfully integrate this new process into our current environment.
· Document the steps necessary to introduce this into environment.
· Define roles and resources to effectively support this new process.
· Define set of training (by defined role) we need to support this product long-term.
· Define all systems affected within Oracle (PA, HR, etc.) and Hyperion integration with existing environment.
· Define additional modules needed to implement this process such as accounts receivable and project billing, etc. if applicable.
Developer:
· Help lead prototyping of Standard Labor Rates for technology integration with existing systems.
· Experience with a real-life implementation of Standard Labor Rates for government agency or public company.
· Database integrations - Hyperion and Oracle 10G.
· Hyperion using Informatica ETL.
· SQL, SQL/Plus, Oracle Forms
· Integrations with email systems, primarily Exchange.
· Evaluate and document technology integration for future implementation.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, other related discipline,
· Minimum 7 or more years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years planning, designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle solutions.
· Experience with integration of Standard Labor Rates and external systems (databases, SharePoint, COTS systems).
· Have working experience implementing Standard Labor Rates and using workflows within Oracle if applicable.
· Understand Service Oriented Architecture using web services with respect to the Oracle SOA suite of tools.
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of PLSQL, SQL, Java, workflow and Web development tools and techniques.
· Solid application design, analysis, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills.
· Good project management and excellent customer service skills.
